CrossFit Junior Fitness Classes
We offer CrossFit Kids classes for ages 9-16
Kids need structure.
Our CrossFit Kids classes keep them healthy and active.
What is it? A CrossFit class for your kids led by one of our coaches. Each class consists of a workout, socialisation, and lots of fun!
Fundamentals Development - Age 9-11 Thursday @4.30pm
•Starting to look at the traditional movements of CrossFit
•Improving their fitness through developing Gross Motor Skills
•Develop competence in Squats, Deadlift etc (No Loading)
•For children aged 9-11
CrossFit Kids - Age 12+ Thursday @ 7.30pm
•Apply more CrossFit based workouts
•Loading (relative to age and development)
•Developing their bodies off the back of what they have covered in stage 1/2 if they have progressed through 'The Fundamentals Program'.
•12 years and over
